As an avid traveler, author, and architect, I find the nexus of history, culture, and design to be incredibly fascinating. I have been through some of India's most beautiful and culturally diverse areas over the years, incorporating my experiences into tales that hope to pique readers' interest and foster a greater understanding of the locations we frequently pass by.
My architectural education has influenced my capacity to notice and describe the minute features of areas and buildings, particularly those with rich cultural and historical importance. Whether I'm exploring the architectural wonders of Himalayan monasteries or the dynamic lives of the communities that call these landscapes home, this viewpoint helps me convey stories with a distinct perspective.
I've written travel pieces for a number of magazines, offering my perspectives on India's legacy and undiscovered treasures. My passion for learning and my faith in the ability of storytelling to transcend cultural boundaries are what motivate me to write
My first book "Unearthing the Himalayas: A Journey Through Architecture, Culture, and Soul" combines historical research, architectural insights, and travel memoir. It expresses how much I value the Himalayan region and the lessons I've learnt from its people and landscapes
In my spare time, I like to draw, take pictures, and compile narratives about India's rich cultural legacy. I currently reside in Dehradun, where I continue to draw inspiration from the hills while pursuing my passion for storytelling and my next literary endeavour
