We were driven to create a contextually sensitive and sustainable design by maximizing local materials, using mountainous stone, large overhangs to protect against sun and rain, and cross ventilation to keep the building breathing at all times. As firmly as our clients were rooted to their traditions , they were also global travellers equally open to an eclectic design aesthetic 

The challenge was to create a campus feeling with only three buildings contributing to the character of the principles that command . The attempt was to demonstrate the language of the interconnecting elements between the buildings in such a way that the urban character would be compact built spaces interspersed with service areas and public circulation. Walkways, bridges and ramps provide the links as well as define the building language

The result is an elegance of beauty in simplicity, revealing the underlying nature of things rather than the superficial details of their manifestation
